APS Global Physics Summit 2026

The American Physical Society's Global Physics Summit 2026 is a scientific research conference convening 14,000 physicists from around the world to connect and collaborate. In-person and virtual registration options are available. 

Registration rates are based on APS membership or membership in a reciprocal society. Attendees are considered a Non-Member if they do not meet those requirements.

Important Dates

The discounted early rate ends on January 29, 2026. Late registration begins on March 6, 2026.

One Day Registration Policy: Badge pickup can occur the day of the registration purchased or just prior to the posted closing of registration of the prior day. For example, a Tuesday Only Registration can be picked on Tuesday or one hour prior to the published closing registration hour on Monday.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be sent by email by Friday, March 6, 2026, to registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are a presenter. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by March 6, 2026. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after March 7, 2026. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

    Passive Meeting Room Occupancy Policy

    APS will track meeting room occupancy via passive RFID technology placed on each badge. No personal information will be encoded or tracked; no information will be shared outside our organization. Anonymous movement data will help the Program Committee(s) plan sessions, allocate space, and enhance future APS Meetings.
