The APS Division of Plasma Physics (DPP) and Gaseous Electronics Conference (GEC) Joint Meeting will bring together 2,500+ physicists from around the world for one collaborative week of plasma physics and gaseous collision science.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: July 22, 2026
- Late Registration begins on September 25, 2026
- Cancellation Deadline: October 19, 2026
Cancellation Policy:
- DPP Meeting: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 19, 2026. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by October 19, 2026. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after October 20, 2026. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
- GEC Meeting: No refunds for registration, the banquet, or any workshop.
